Refund policy

Within fourteen days of purchase we refund the full price. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask for one. This applies to every tier and every term, lifetime licences included.

The promise holds whether you buy as a consumer or as a business. Consumers’ statutory rights of withdrawal are untouched by it and are not limited by this policy.

• Send an email to cookie@ehrenplatz.ai and give us the email address or the order number from your purchase confirmation.
• We confirm receipt within 48 hours.
• The refund is triggered through the payment provider and goes back the same way you paid.
• Depending on the payment method and your bank, the money then takes between three and ten working days to arrive.

There is no form. A plain email is enough.

The right to use the plugin ends with the refund. The licence key stops working and the seats it held are released. The plugin stays installed on your sites but receives no further updates and is to be uninstalled.

Once the fourteen days have passed there is no general right to a refund. If the plugin fails to do something we promised it does, the statutory warranty rights apply — write to us in that case before you do anything else. We would rather settle a matter than lose someone quietly.

The refund is meant as cover for a buying decision, not as a way of using the plugin over and over. Where the same licence is bought and refunded repeatedly, we reserve the right to turn down a further order.
