Ehrenplatz-Cookie is a WordPress plugin for cookie consent under the GDPR and the German TTDSG. It finds tracking services across the whole site, blocks them service by service until consent is given, and hosts Google Fonts locally. The banner is isolated from theme CSS and looks the same everywhere.

Ehrenplatz-Cookie is a WordPress plugin for cookie consent under the GDPR and the German TTDSG, built for agencies and studios looking after several client sites.
An assistant searches the whole site for tracking services — not just the home page — and sorts what it finds into the right categories with AI support. Until consent is given they are blocked service by service, not as a block. Google Fonts and the Google Tag Manager are hosted locally on request, with no further tool needed.
The banner runs in the Shadow DOM and is therefore shielded from theme CSS. It looks the same in every theme and is not broken by theme updates. Licensing goes by sites, not by subpages: a site with five pages costs the same as one with five hundred.
What the plugin cannot do is stated on the maker's own site: IAB TCF and jurisdictions beyond Europe such as CCPA are planned for 2026. Content systems other than WordPress are deliberately not supported.

- The symbol is not recoloured. It is black or white, nothing else.
- Scale it proportionally only. Do not skew, mirror or rotate.
- Leave clear space around it of at least the height of the symbol. It does not sit in a box and needs no frame.
- We are called Ehrenplatz, not „Ehrenplatz.ai“. The domain is an address, not a name.
